Corrado Docente
I was born in 1963 in the foothills of Mount Etna. The volcano left an imprint on me, as well as its energy. I now live close to Lake Garda with my wonderful family. My first two professional passions were fashion and marketing. I successfully combined the two into a fast-moving career, first as Marketing Director then as Commercial Director. Founding Ricchezze Umane in 2000 was my response to the most profound questions I was asking myself at the time: “Am I doing the right thing for me? Am I using my natural talents? How can I more fully achieve my mission to serve others?” Happily, those questions took me a long way, allowing me to understand my third and greatest passion – Human Beings and the search for their infinite internal wealth…
Just like the enlightened Italian industrialist Adriano Olivetti, I believe companies have a larger mission – and, consequently, multiple objectives to set themselves – in order to impact society and establish a civil economy.

I have a motto, which I ‘took’ from Shakespeare: “This above all: to thine own self be true.” In order to pursue it, I made certain choices: studying my passion, sociology; discovering NLP and then falling in love with Coaching; taking a “safe” job at a large public research institute, as a training development manager; and wanting – once my family (artist wife, teenage son and spoiled cat) and I were ready – to turn off the “safe path” of permanent employment and venture down the uncertain trail of working for myself. Now I’m truly in love with what I do: I support people’s professional development, helping them tackle change and grow as individuals that work in harmony with their organizations. This is also how I continue to grow: together with others, never alone!
Manola Sgarbi
I was born in 1967 in Mantua, where I have lived ever since with my beautiful family. Earth – such a prominent feature where I grew up – is the element I identify with. The earth knows how to bear fruits, to nourish and to create beauty. Listening to my heart, which sought the laws of the universe through mathematics, my interests turned to organizations, as places of personal and social growth, as the engines of wealth. I worked for 23 years at companies of various sizes and cultures, in roles requiring development and forward thinking – Commercial Controller, Business Unit Manager, and HR Manager. Since 2013 I have worked as a professional, offering my services to companies that want find new ways of listening to their staff, with whom they want to travel new paths in order to generate wealth within and outside the organization, in the present and for future generations. My question is often, “Can we do this?” and the response I have always received is “The path lies in creative research into human beings.”
Antonella Pagliarani
I come from a spirited and energetic land, the home of the Sangiovese grape (sanguis Jovis – the blood of Jupiter), where creativity, pragmatism and curiosity come together. My curiosity and desire to explore have supported me in the various professional spaces and situations through which I have lived. I began with a humanistic degree, specializing with a Master’s in Business Economics before becoming a counselor and coach. I have worked in company HR departments and with companies as a management consultant. Since 2014, my work in research, teaching and consultancy has focused on studying company structures as a living system. My passion lies in working with individuals and teams to get the most out of each person’s individuality, exploring group dynamics and accepting the systemic relationships within organizations. I accompany entrepreneurs and managers through the processes of Change Management and Coaching, to support their business strategies. I love sailing, so I like taking to the seas.
Edoardo Gironi
I was born in 1960 in Milan and grew up with an insatiable curiosity that drove me to study, explore and take new paths, live new adventures. The same values led me to devote myself first to marketing at HiTech companies (that’s what they were called back then), which allowed me to become the Executive Director and Managing Director of a company. My background was first in sociological studies then, more recently, in cognitive sciences. My personal goal – the same one that has led me to where I am now, working in this profession and no longer as a company manager – is to be able to contribute to the development of people and the organizations within which they work. And by development, I mean their conscious and responsible involvement in their companies’ operations. It is a deep conviction of mine that human beings have kind souls and that together, through awareness and responsibility, we can create a new space where it’s possible to live life to the fullest, in harmony with everything.
Francesca Sartorato
“I want things to be beyond belief, too beautiful to seem real.” A thought from H.D. Thoreau that I like to share. The essence of it asks, “why should we limit ourselves?”
I’m a curious woman with an insatiable desire to observe, listen, and embrace the life that exists in every tiny thing. I have many interests in a variety of literary, artistic and musical fields, but I also like walking outdoors and practising and teaching Tai Chi.
Most of my professional life has been devoted to communications at a multinational corporation, coordinating group operations. As I needed to perform my leadership with awareness, I undertook a training course in coaching, which allowed me to build relationships that are bountiful, from both a human and a business performance perspective.
Biography work really intrigues me. It’s a topic that has helped me understand specific moments in my own life and the lives of others. I’m a “work in progress” and open to new challenges.

I was a Scout from the age of eight until I became a leader. That was a defining experience in my life: it taught me values and the things I learned from it were priceless. My work today involves training people and organizations to unleash their potential. In 1998, after 10 years working as a Sales Manager at an international industrial group, I pursued my passions to become a Consultant in development projects for entrepreneurs, managers and teams at national and international companies.
