We are thankful every day for the excellent opportunities offered to us, which allow us to be of service to other human beings. This is a privilege that derives from our free choice.
Many of us came from careers in management. We have all “lived” the company atmosphere, even at its most “polluted”. We chose to turn the page and dive into the corporate coaching profession. Organizations became the focus of our practical research.
We began to see the soul of organizations and fell in love with these human creations, their identities and their culture: “the field” in which the game of this millennium is being played. And we, as “explorers”, want to be there in the field at your side.
